A small residential neighborhood directly north of the historic center of Delft. The area used to be an industrial area mainly for the production of peanut butter and penicillin. Some of the historic industrial heritage has been integrated in the new plan. A new canal trough the area and a small marina add to the existing canal structure of the city.
